Ormiston Gorge, NT
Ormiston Gorge is a vein of life that runs through the heart of the West MacDonnell Ranges of the Northern Territory. We camped here for a number of days to capture different light and fall in tune with the landscape. This particular morning was best and I clearly recall the icy cold conditions of sub zero temperatures. Being inside the gorge meant that the winter sun only briefly illuminates inside the steep chasm and tempratures are markedly cooler within.
